Sales Tax – California (only)
Because we are located in Los Angeles, California, state law requires us to charge a “sales tax” for orders placed and shipped within CA. Customers outside of California customers will NOT incur a sales tax charge.
Delivery Time
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Information
We provide “tracking information” via PayPal and/or email (when applicable) once an order is ready for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
Backorder/Out of Stock
We do our best in updating inventory, however, sometimes demand exceeds supply on any given day. That said, if item(s) in your order are out of stock, we’ll notify you “immediately” via email. Backorder item(s) usually ship within 1 – 4 weeks or longer depending on the manufacturer.

- Free shipping threshold is based on the transaction price before tax is added (if applicable).
